Pressure – when is it needed in organizational change?

There is a time and a place for everything, including pressure. Sometimes, a heavy hand is needed to progress an organizational change. Other times, a gentle guiding is needed. Ah, the art and science of leading change. Good luck applying the just the right amount of pressure.
