Relaxing More + Taking Frequent Breaks = More Accomplishments

Consider taking NASA’s advice: Relax. Take breaks…and look forward to getting more done daily, during organizational change and even over the holiday season.

NASA & the Berlin School of Music help us to understand the every day importance of the law of diminishing returns. It is helpful to understand and apply this concept when feeling overwhelmed with organizational change…or even managing your time during the holidays. There are a number of ‘time-motion’ studies (what you do and how long you do it) I have been involved in, and it is always interesting to see how the results of how people really spend their time differs from how they thought they spent their time. Relax. take breaks…and look forward to getting more done.
