Set an Idea Quota
Decide what you want to create, what problem you are trying to solve, etc. Then, list 20 different ways to go about it. The last third of the list will be the most interesting, he says. “Your imagination works like a faucet. The longer you let it flow, the clearer, crisper and more refreshing it becomes.”
