Thoreau on Change

“Things do not change; we change.” Henry David Thoreau

It is hard to argue with Thoreau, but I do believe things change and we change.

I think things do change…depending on how you define things. If a situation, a process, a strategy can be defined as a ‘thing,’ then I’d say things do change. And, as a result of some things changing, then we need to change to grow…or risk dying on some level.
