Many studies have reported a high failure rate for change initiatives – typically around 70%. Here’s some good news: recently released research captured over 16 years reveals that projects are six times more likely to meet objectives when organizations manage the people side of change effectively.
How can you use your past experiences in navigating change to position you, your teams and organizations to be in the elite 30% who succeed?
UT Dallas Corporate Education invites you to join us for our next Executive Briefing featuring Sandy Schwan.
