Not meaning to overwhelm you all with quotes, but that is what seems to be resonating with me lately. When I saw this quote, I thought that it described how I enjoy leaders who do a lot of ‘borrowing.’ I am a big fan of tossing out a idea that has yet to be fully ‘baked,’ just to see what and how others will take that idea to a level and place I could not have dreamed of.
